and consultancy to a range of voluntary, public
Authorities and private organisations. Derby REC is a
member of statutory bodies such representations
Derby City Council’s Community Cohesion Leadership
Group. Minority Communities Diversity Forum, Children’s
Commission, and Derbyshire Constabulary Race Hate
Panel.
Education: Diversity in Schools Project working in Derby
secondary schools to challenge racism and to
promote positive attitudes to religion, age, gender, sexual orientation and disability.
Community Engagement & Development: DRECfacilitates the Derby Community Cultural Diversity Group made up of Derby’s Diverse communities. |
